Headed back to my old rental unit. I moved to this one cause it was closer, but its been a miserable experience. 1. Rent changes every month. After 3 months, my rent went up 50%. 2. You cant access the unit 24/7. If you access after 8pm they tell you to "call metro to get out". Really nice people. 3. Unit dimensions on the site are 1 foot shorter and 1 foot skinner than what they advertise. My 10 x 25 is actually 9 ft across and only 22ft as there is an HVAC duct in my unit that takes up the last few feet overhead. They wont update the website.

Second time my unit has been broken into in 2 mos. My fault for thinking security measures would be beefed up—considering the first burglary involved 50 other units. Security is virtually non existent. Confirmed by managers that alarm sensors are nothing more than an indicators the unit has been opened. Absolutely no live monitoring. Ergo, HOURS for perpetrators to do their unspeakable deeds. Law enforcement isn’t informed until the on-site manager does their walk-through in the morning.
