The staff has been so awesome from getting my storage unit reserved, contacted and helping me plan my move. Best service ever! And the units are clean and convenient. Highly recommend if you live in downtown Oakland.

I’ve been a customer for more than 2 years now. I compared rates from major chains and this location has the best rates. It’s family and women-owned location. All the staff are nice. I lost my key to the lock and I asked for their lock cutting service. It was less than $40! I was hoping for a big $70-$100 bill, but no. This place is amazing! My rent did not even go up for renting over 2 years. Other places would have doubled or tripled my rent!

I buy abandoned storage units and visit many places in the area. Very few have treated me like Chio did. She is a very kind, friendly, and respectful person. Chio did something for me that no other facility has done, and I saw that she is like that with all her clients. If I lived near her facility and needed to rent a space to store my things, I would definitely go with Chio. Thank you Chio. I hope to buy another unit from her facility. 😁🙏
