The staff here gets 5 stars, as a long time customer, I absolutely commend this staff and the sense of community they bring The new owners, however, have taken away from that. Now when you call it's recording after recording. Again, the staff and people running the facility are absolutely amazing, so owners if you see this, know that you are the problem. Not the same since you've bought this place, very bad impression you have left. Just because you're on the other side of the country doesn't make it OK for you to remove the human element of the transaction. We are not just numbers!

I had a great experience with Yesenia Velez at this storage facility. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Yesenia took the time to answer all my questions and made everything smooth and easy. It’s clear she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend working with her if you need storage — she makes the experience stress-free and pleasant!

If I could get zero stars I would been with this company since before Prostorage took over ever since it’s been hell not only has it doubled in price god forbid your late that’s an extra $40 added let’s say your going through something god forbid your even later than that that’s another $175 I recently tried to make my payment they sent me a payment link by the time I opened the link it had expired tried calling the next day it was closed so had to wait another day for them to send another link when I opened it the next month was not late yet but the wanted me to pay more than double when I called to Try and resolve it it wasn’t my fault the link didn’t work I was told they’ll reach out to the district manager never received a call back just terrible don’t go here take my word I feel like a customer for 3 years they could have worked with me there was no effort no sense of urgency at all what so ever
