StoragePRO Self Storage of Richmond

Im very grateful to have a storage unit at a facility with great management and maintenance. The manager, Flor, has tons of customer service experience in managing staff & properties and it REALLY SHOWS. This site also has a great on site maintenance man (Ricky) that keeps the grounds spotless/quickly addresses any concerns. The facility has cameras everywhere and feels very secure. I have used this facility on and off for 5 years and am happy to have piece of mind when renting at this location.

Sherry. Was the best most courteous worker I’ve met. She was super nice and made everything extremely smooth. Always a refreshing time dealing with someone who puts in that extra effort. Would definitely recommend coming here!

After vacating the storage unit I have, I think they help a lot. First when I go to visit and see the storage, I think Flor shows me the storage and introduce it, Domiano helps with my storage and answering all my questions. The storage space is also safe because of the gate outside that needs access code. Inside the storage is clean, the other staff is also helpful and kind.
