StorAmerica Self Storage

First, I had an extra long RV, stumbled on this facility after being desperate to find a place to store. I was unable to get there while they were open before I had to leave town, but critical I got a space. They were so gracious to reserve the spot for me even though I wasn’t even in town waited till I get back there 3 days later. They gave me an amazing spot for my RV, this facility is the only one I know that has a dumping station built into their place. The two women running the facility are amazing helpful, and kind. Help me through everything gave me the tour. I have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a storage facility or pretty much any place. They seem to really care the itself was designed to really accommodate RVs in Las Vegas nothing has compared to what I’ve seen here.

I have been a loyal customer there for over a year and every few months my rates go up they keep saying do to rising cost we have to increase your rates. I started at $47 plus $14 for insurance a month for a 10×5 now a year later I will be paying $84 a month plus $14 for insurance yet the same unit is online and available for $47 a month. How does this make sense loyal customers should get a break.

I cannot recommend StorAmerica Craig Rd. They are charging illegal weekly late fees far above Nevada’s legal limit (NRS 108.238) and combining separate rental accounts into one bill. Despite repeated calls and emails, no one ever responds. Customer service is nonexistent, making it impossible to resolve issues. I have the funds to pay, but these excessive fees and lack of support make it impossible. If my belongings are sold without resolving this, I am prepared to press charges and take full legal action. Unfair, frustrating, and possibly unlawful. Avoid if you can.
