StorCo Storage-St. Peters

This storage unit was the best I've ever used. I have moved several times in the past 20 years so I am kind of an expert! Immaculately clean with super easy access into the unit. Plenty of L- carts available. Location is also perfect. Well lit entrance, plenty of parking. The indoor units are very safe from intruders. Human, rodent or insects! Great place and great staff.

Had a 30×10 unit for 15 months, price was good for the first 6 months but went up every 3 months after that(their reasoning for increase was market studies). The worst part was how much we had to get rid of due to mouse/rat feces and damage. We even bought poison to prevent the issue but there's not enough poison in a store to fix the issue. Management was informed when we noticed it about 4 months in and the response was they had pest control measures, apparently not effective enough.

STAY AWAY from this place! upon finding storco advertising commercial units for rent we called interested. let me make this clear i asked 2 times in person and 1 time on the phone if we will have parking in front of our unit, was told yes all three times (on white concrete in front of unit) 3 weeks into having our unit after them pushing hard to sign the lease ours and all the other units parking was taken away with a 4 day notice i will add. At this point we reached out to matt (a real GEM of a so called manager) he proceeds to tell us we do not have parking in our lease........but we did have it in a printed out copy of our written lease number 38 on the lease to be exact. after alot of back and fourth with storco we moved out. since moving out we have stayed in contact with our old neighbors some of them are now to moving out for numerus reason including price hikes non stop on the monthly rent. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from storco they care about 1 thing and thats getting your signature on a lease.
