Elevator got stuck upon my move in and Anastasia was so kind to help me take my items to the back of the building where the other elevator is located at to help me get my items in as quick as possible to my new unit. Even in situations like this she was very professional & concerned for me as a customer and put my needs first. As a first time customer for storage I was very pleased. The Lancaster Avenue location is extremely convenient. I was locked out of my unit because my payment was late. However, the manager that was in the office-Mr. Leon, was extremely helpful! He processed my payment and I was granted access to my unit in less than 5 minutes!
