A year ago I had problems. Then fraud on credit card. Bank froze my acct. Tried talking to the company. Received an rude message saying Nate wont be calling back. I'm disabled on fixed income had to get behing on credit cards do to frozen account. This was all from rain in ceiling n one door wouldnt close properly n was reported a year ago. Nate fixed one issue. But fraud n rain email said Nate will not be calling you back..yet it wasTracked back to facilty. All i wanted to do was warn them. I got a rude message from mgr. Then this week were moving out. 3 units 151.00 a mth. Each. 2 of my units was wet unknown to look in to see until we moved out. Ceiling was rotted. Water set in boxes. Ruined a fund raiser a school donated clothes left over. Air force donated clothes. Communities donated tables and our shelves. Freezers rusted, HUTCH BOTTOM RUINED. Picked up a box n bottom fell out we opened the sack. Clothes were soaked n faded. Shoes destroyed. DO NOT RENT FROM JACKSBORO HWY UNITS.

The process of renting the storage unit has been amazing! I let them know when was a convenient time to call me and we were able to do everything via phone, which was wonderful! Has definitely made our out of state move much more stress free

This company is a joke! I reserved online. They called me the next day. TOOK MY MONEY! The first month free mimic is a lie. And AFTER they took my money they for unsaid reason decided they weren't going to rent to me. No one will tell me why. The customer service lady said they no longer had a storage unit available. But, again, they took my money before they decided this. And I have to wait 7 business days for my refund. Not good business. They can't even explain why or what happened THIS PLACE IS A JOKE
