Had my unit for multiple years and I couldn’t complain about anything. Anytime there was an issue with the facility and its employees went out of their way to ensure that myself and my belongs were safe. If I ever need an another unit this will be the only place I look.

My husband and I have been using this place for the last 7-8 months and have had no issues!! Today we are finally moving and out and both times worked with the same SWEETEST lady who made the process pain free, thank you Catherine!!

The location is secure, well lit, very clean, and well laid out easy to get larger vehicles in and out making it easy access to units. When we arrived Cat was knowledgeable about the entire facility, prices, and getting our needs taken care of, as well as personally walking us around the facility to see the units and be sure they would work for us. Cat’s hospitality and personality were the biggest reason we chose Wichita Falls Storage to store our household goods. We will be recommending them to everyone requiring the need for storage here in Wichita Falls in the future.
