While I cannot yet speak to the long term rental experience, I will say that Carol made the act of getting the rental SO EASY! My son (in his 20s) needed to rent a unit, and had no experience doing so. I called Carol, shared with her that he was coming in, and laid out all of the preliminaries. Carol became the mama bear that I needed her to be, and guided him through the whole process including making sure that he had the Uhaul truck that he needed, as well as other supplies. They are super friendly, know what is needed, and are just so helpful!

My experience was above and beyond! My rate is great and I was honestly treated like family. There are not many places you can say that about anymore. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was good did the whole process online the monthly rate seemed really good and I paid for it and then I got a call from them and all the sudden they're saying I need to buy $40 worth of moving supplies or I wouldn't get the low monthly rate so I asked for a refund and the lady on the phone said she would talk to the manager to bypass having to buy $40 worth of moving supplies so I could get that rate and then about an hour later I got a text message saying that I no longer have the storage unit that I had purchased which is okay because I can find a storage unit at the rate I thought I was getting from them without buying $40 worth of moving supplies.the lady on the phone was really sweet and helpful though.
