StorMax of Madera East

We just had our brand new travel trailer stolen from the yard last night. No lights, no camera, no insurance at this storage. The police told use the units are broken into all the time. They allow homeless on bicycles to "patrol" the place. BEWARE of this location. The managers are very nice. I hope their dream retirement trailer stays safe. Shame on the owner for no cameras and no protection for his customers.

I have been a loyal tenant for over 5 years and refuse to go anywhere else. I have had nothing less than fast, friendly and professional service every time I visit, and feel completely confident in having family heirlooms secured there without any worries. I have had no problems at all since securing my precious items at this location. I have been to other storages in the past, and have found the staff very cold and rude. Jean and Bill are the kindest people you will ever meet, and are so down to earth, that they make you feel like family every time I visit. I always look forward to chatting with Jean or talking about fishing with Bill when I stop by. It is hard to find people like these two, and I am happy to say I consider them friends. I will remain at this Location as long as I need extra storage, and will continue to recommend this facility with this amazing staff to anyone who is looking for a safe and secure storage facility. The staff is very nice but the area is rough with lots of homeless people living out of the storage units. The gate is left open all day and nothing more than a sign in sheet to protect your belongings. I loved the people who work there!
