I’ve been a tenant here for 4 years. Elijah has been a delight to have as manager.

Elijah has been absolutely amazing. His customer service alone is probably why I haven’t made too much of an effort to actually get my stuff out of there. The only negative, I would say, are the price increases. The sign-on was a nice deal, however, it then was 66, and only a month later was 88. Not really happy about that (though I’m sure he doesn’t control pricing), but I can’t have my belongings with me at home—I simply don’t have the room. With that, the storage unit has been a saving Grace. Every time I go there, the place is clean and gated. If people enter by way of closely following the folks ahead, he follows them then gives a gentle, but firm, reminder to always enter the code. It’s right there next to Luigi’s smoke shop, little Caesars, McDonald’s, firehouse subs, etc.. Convenient for food and vapes after moving around all day. It is a popular area—there are homeless, however, I have not had issues with break-ins nor being approached by pedestrians or other Storquest customers/clients. I’m not there often, though. Regardless, five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the pleasure of signing up for a rental with Mari today. She was very helpful, polite and kind. The premises was clean, the process was smooth and overall I was very pleased with my experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a self storage facility in Mesa.
