StorQuest Self Storage

This is a fantastic facility with outstanding staff and excellent customer service. I've never seen anything out of order, the carts are heavy duty. Cierra helped me and was just a perfect 10 on really making sure I was happy, went out of her way more than once. The prices are very fair and were not raised excessively even over 4ish years. It's easy to get around in and kept my stuff safe for years. You don't need to look any further!

Updated Review: 4 Stars After posting my initial review, I received a call from the district manager who was incredibly helpful and understanding. He took the time to listen, acknowledged the issues, and worked to resolve the situation—which I really appreciated. The facility itself is solid, but still needs improvements—especially with the elevators and cooling system. I was told these issues are expected to be resolved within the next month, and I’m hopeful that timeline holds. What stood out was the contrast in how the district manager handled things versus the on-site team. He made me feel heard and valued as a customer, which was all I was really looking for from the start. Thank you again for stepping in and taking action—it made a difference. Issues are not yet resolved but are planned to be resolved by district manager, which is a positive sign. —— 2 Stars – Poor experience with management, ongoing issues with elevators The first month was fine, but after that, the service elevators kept breaking. Every time I visited, at least one elevator was completely out of service. The only functioning elevator was unreliable and slow — the door buttons didn’t work properly, causing frustrating delays, especially when others were waiting. I understand that maintenance issues happen, and I would’ve been patient if it had lasted a few weeks. But four months of elevator problems is unacceptable. I called several times to check in, and each time management assured me it would be fixed soon. Eventually, when I politely asked for a credit due to the ongoing inconvenience, I was told I could just “move out.” That response really said everything. I’ve been respectful throughout this, but it’s clear the management doesn’t prioritize customer experience. That’s why I’m leaving this review. If you’re okay waiting long periods for an elevator, the facility itself isn’t bad. But the way management handled a months-long issue, with no compensation, accountability, or empathy, deserves 2 stars. Also worth noting: the AC inside has been noticeably off, making the building warmer. It feels like they’re cutting corners, while still charging customers full price. At a certain point, it starts to feel dishonest.

Cierra the manager was great! She helped us make a better selection for the unit we needed. The staff is always friendly and reliable to answer any questions I have. The temperature in the storage is always at a perfect “cool” for the supplies I am storing. I highly recommend this place for a clean climate controlled storage.
