Sunset Mini & Rv Storage

I love this storage facility! They have great customer service and great monthly prices on all there storage units. Ive been renting with them for a while and wouldn’t go anywhere else. June is awesome and a pleasure to speak with. You can also rent a Uhaul truck from them which he is very convenient for my business.

I was late to pick up a u haul this morning, one that i reserved for 8 hours. Instead of hold my truck for me which i would have had in my possession until 6 pm, they literally gave my truck away to other customers and tried to say they didnt hold it because i was late. Awful customer service, awful policy, highly do not recomend this place. Unprofessional and combative. Tried to get defensive about why she gave my truck away, "you were late." That truck was rented for the rest of the day. Horrible job June. Do better. So much for a guaranteed reservation.

We have been using sunset mini storage since April 2025 and have had a wonderful experience including amazing customer service. Today we went to go pick up our car from storage and the battery was dead. The Lot manager, Cass, was very helpful and was able to jump our car and save us a lot of trouble. Thank you to the team for taking such good care of us.
