I paid $130 a month for 3 years. I have been no problem to this establishment. At Thanksgiving I came by and let them know that my door would not open, they said they would get it taken care of in a couple months. I let them know I would be back so that wouldn't be a problem. That was November it is now end of February and they have not even budgeted to fix the door? Well now I'm back and trying to move and cannot access my unit. The door will not open or stay open. I talked to the front desk and they said they could give me another unit, so I'm supposed to move all my crap by myself when the property is at fault! The lady at the front desk said she could offer me a $10 discount per month! What the hell is that going to do? They said it's going to be a couple more months before they fix the door that they have to have a budget meeting? Does it take 6 months for this place to have a budget meeting? Completely unacceptable rip off and no accountability! Don't ever use this place! Yourself will simply get locked inside the unit unless with no compensation or no real help and they keep charging you pretty much full rent even though you can't access your unit. you can work around their schedule to get your unit open. I feel like my stuff is being held hostage for $130 a month with no help other than a 5 or $10 a month concession. Do not use this place! Fix my door so I can access my belongings!!! 6 months to fix a door for a paying customer??? Really??? This has been an ongoing issue with multiple units for months now

Had items stolen from my unit! Management absolutely resistant to help! Top of unit is not safely constructed rendering access to smaller items of not protected. Made police report but can’t recover anything. Stay with a newer more modern unit with insurance. Lesson learned. Beware of the Debbie person, if you need any assistance or help. Her reputation precedes her. It’s like pulling teeth. Very combative.
