Superior Self Storage

Super clean, new, safe, very well cared for and managed storage facility. Conveniently located right near the freeway. Additionally, the storage facility has a complementary moving truck!!!! This is next level storage at its best. With all that said, the best part was the staff. Clearly, the hiring manager knows what they are doing! Doretta and Sean were uber customer friendly, respectful, and treated me like family. :) Let’s face it, moving sucks. Thank goodness Superior Storage doesn’t!

I had a really positive experience with one of the managers at Superior Storage on 01/14/25! We had a great discussion about customer service, and he was genuinely apologetic and eager to make things right. Be advised to give your 7-day notice to vacate. As they may try to change you. Their contracts are not consumer friendly. When I went in to give my 7-day notice to vacate, he actually approached me while I was in my vehicle. We had a lengthy conversation about customer service, which was really refreshing. It's great to see that they now understand the importance of treating long-time customers who always pay on time with the respect they deserve. As someone who values transparency, I think it's important to update my review and share the truth. They addressed the issue I had and made it right. I'm really pleased with the outcome and wanted to let others know about this positive experience. Also, glad that I have moved my stuff out. (Old review) I have to redo my recommendation as I went to pick up some stuff the other day and I found that they have an infestation of bugs…I have asked how they will fix the issue and I have asked for a reduction in my price per month . , I did have an issue with the owner son, but he seems to not be there any longer. Sometimes they leave for lunch so be mindful of the times. The key pad is a nice touch to get in and out. Try to get a unit close to the front door. Having to walk several blocks to store your stuff can take several more hours because it’s so far. It’s hard to maneuver big huge items also. It’s temperature controlled and that makes it nice. The price for my big unit has gone up several times here. My unit is over 2 hundred dollars. They will let you borrow their big moving truck. Hope this helps… Also, asked for a reduction in price but the manager said NO, that the type of cockroaches are outdoor ones and they don’t lay eggs. 😕 Pretty sure they reproduce some how!!! I’d avoid this place right now. Maybe when they get the infestation under control will be ok.

front desk had a horrible attitude, very rude and difficult to communicate with. heavily profiled my father and ended up rejecting his business without giving any legitimate explanation or reasoning. if you don’t want a massive headache go somewhere else for storage.
