Hello, Those of you who are just getting started in the storage unit search. Look no farther! This place had excellent staff who was willing to answer all of my questions, very friendly, professional and helpful. The property manager is very nice and even when there was a mix up with my storage unit she worked with me to get it sorted very fast. The units were clean and well kept, and the property manager told me she makes sure to clean regularly in between tenants. My only wish was that I got a storage unit at the Airport Rd. location instead of Walton due to logistics. I would recommend either location, just for my situation it would have been easier. If you are looking to chat in person be sure to go over to the Airport location because that's where the main office is located. Goodluck!
