U Storage

Ethan & Chris (sorry if I misspelled your names, guys!) provided amazing customer service. The door was held open for me upon entry and exiting. I didn't even buy anything because I went to the wrong location. However, they both went to just double check if they had what I needed somewhere in their storage. I find that to be so kind. These guys are super nice, cool, real (not the super fake customer service), use manners, and act professional. They remember customers by their names too (a customer came in while I was there). Being remembered by someone at a store is a great experience, I believe. Thank you, Chris & Ethan for a great experience (even when your location didn't have what I was looking for)! Hope to cross paths in the future!

Harley was just as amazing—very attentive, detail-oriented, and quick to step in whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Together, they made sure everything was handled efficiently and that I felt confident in my decision. What truly stood out was how much they cared. They didn’t rush the process and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days, and it really makes a difference. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, which made the experience even better.
