Supreme Storage

If I could give these people zero stars, I would. We did everything over the phone, and the unit was suppose to be unlocked. However, when we arrived, the unit had a combination lock on it, and the gate wouldn't open to let us out. There is a code to get in the gate, but that code wouldn't let us out. The store was closed, and there is no after hours number. We were trap in the storage facility for an hour, before my boyfriend hopped the barb wired fence. He could have really gotten hurt. What's worse the customer service here sucks. When we went back the next morning the gate got stuck again, and my boyfriend jumped the fence AGAIN. Don't rent from here unless your in good shape and have alot of time on your hands. We received no compensation even though this whole situation caused a ripple effect. Since we were renting a uhaul we had to add another day, and we had to get a hotel room so we could stay in the area and figure all this out. I am extremely unimpressed.

Had to find a storage place quick and found supreme storage. Really thankful for how much they helped me get situated so I didn’t have to worry about my situation. Thankfully they had amazing customer service. Other places have been terrible honestly. Have had really bad experience with other storages in the past. They had an available unit and I was able to get in same day and just get everything going

I’ve had my unit here for a handful of months and now my sister needs one. Recommended this spot bc it’s affordable, has security running 24/7 & there’s pest control. Thanks guys for helping us out!!
