Edit to add: Make sure to measure the units because they lie about the sizes of them on the website. Got marketed an 8x10 and was given a 5x10 when I first got there (when they still went by one stop) then they kept trying to give me an 8x10 but all 3 units measured were 65 square feet or less! They will charge you for insurance but not keep it up to date, then when their negligence causes damage to your stuff (a window in the basement next to our unit was leaking and they shoved paper towels on it and never notified us nor fixed it! OUR STUFF WAS SITTING IN WATER SO LONG WE THOUGHT IT WAS SEWAGE IT SMELLED SO BAD) They will essentially tell you that you were only covered for the period they had the insurance even though they are STILL CHARGING FOR IT. Oh and the kicker is they market it as insurance but it isn't insurance. And they will hang up on you when you try to contact them. Edit: It isn't insurance, it is a Tenant Protection Program after further review, which our rental contract says the owner assumes limited liability for, but they are trying to say that even though they never had us sign a new contract that part isn't in effect because it was with the previous owner(doubtful) and the best they can do is offer us only 2 of 3 months they've been charging the premiums for the TPP back that we were not covered, not the full month but the tenant protection program cost which is 24 bucks altogether. We lost pieces of a desk, the wood is water damaged and it appears moldy, My chair got mold from water getting on it, and my hope chest was sitting in the water long enough it still smells. Altogether to replace these things it would be about 550 dollars. They also admitted it was their own negligence in email. Also, if they had no idea about the TPP how come they are suddenly scrambling to find insurance now? Also I highly doubt they plan to return the premiums of every other unit customer who was overcharged during this period, so I urge current owners to check to see if you had the TPP and if they charged you for June, July, and August.

A nice place to keep my extra items and belongings safe.

One Stop Storage has been a great experience for us. We moved downtown and the space is very convent. The space is clean, heated with very easy access. The rental process was very easy online. We are waiting for our home to be built so we will be there for a bit and we have no concerns that our furniture will suffer any damage. Happy 😃
