Mike was extremely helpful. Didn’t fully know what size unit I needed and he walked me around showing all the options. Super friendly and accommodating.

I used to go to the storage around the area “public storage” unfortunately my belongings where stolen and management as well as the company where involved so nothing was done about it and nobody cared…etc so I took what was left and looked for a new storage company. Overall the process has always been very smooth whether I’m moving to a new unit or needed any type of help. However recently I have been having trouble with accessing my unit…etc. And given my previous issues with public storage I was worried and anxious that I was possibly in the same situation. I was thankfully not. However, while I have been help the way I feel like I have been spoken to seems highly belittling and honestly has made me look at this storage company in a different light. I felt like I was stupid/dumb and a lot of the conversation(s)/responses felt condescending or as if I’m being spoken to like I’m in elementary. While I do love this storage company for the most part I don’t think customers should be spoken to LIKE this.

Mike was amazing. He is thorough and explained everything in detail but in good timing. The building is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The temperature was perfect inside of the halls where the units are. Building looks really new which was a plus. A little more on the expensive side of the HWY but they use modern locks which was an attractive feature for the safety and protection of my belongings. I’d definitely recommend this Storage Facility! Ask for Mike if you do go!
