I had a great experience with the office staff. I came in to sign my paperwork and Lisa was on her way to the bank but she stopped and turned around to help me out. She sat with me to make sure I was all set and had everything I needed. I really appreciate the time she spent with me and feel appreciated as a tenant.

Excellent self storage experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The facility is clean, secure, and very well organized. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and offer support. Access is easy, prices are fair, and I always felt my belongings were safe. Great experience at Tempe Choice Self Storage recently! Was very appreciative of the young man who assisted us on the phone explaining rates and availability etc--super helpful! Pleased with pricing and the convenient location, we then met with Lisa who was also very kind and got us all set up with the right storage spaces for our needs and timeline--even taking the time to walk us through the site to ensure the spaces would work for our needs.
