If your looking to store your personal and prized possessions here, I would caution you to look some where else. The unit me and my wife rented from here was broken in to, and many valuable items were stolen. We chose this place over 3 1/2 years ago because it had a security gate with a coded key pad, but this is totally useless because they keep the gate opened during business hours, which was when the thiefs broken into my unit. While the lady I spoke with, who works behind the counter, was polite, it's very apparent the owner takes no responsibility for leaving the gate open during working hours, allowing the criminal(s) in to still my valuables, and not even willing to reimburse the last month's storage fee, which was after the period of time when my items where stolen. Seems like they care more about there money then the security of your valuables. I would look somewhere else for my storage needs.

I done business with TNS for almost 15yrs and never had a problem I love Mrs Donna she's always worked with me in my time of need and I'm grateful for her.
