TGI Storage Bloomington

Called to rent a unit and was told that it is not free the 1st month only the 3rd month is free but it clearly says in the picture provided across ur building that 1st month is free. Asked to speak to manager was told there is no manager .an that there nothing they can do . False advertising and rude .

I rented unit E11 in August to store my boat starting in October. They required me to begin in September to hold it, so I paid $445 total ($210 for September, $210 for October, and a $25 admin fee). Before Labor Day, they offered me a larger unit (A7/A50) for $200/month and said my prior payment would be credited—but it never was. When I followed up, I was told the first unit was “prorated,” and I still owed for both. In the end, I paid $645 total ($445 for the first unit and another $200 for the second) and never used either unit. Communication was poor, billing unclear, and the experience overall disappointing. I had hoped this would be a long-term storage solution with easy access, but that wasn’t the case. I would not recommend this place to other boaters or anyone else. Do yourself a favor and find a local farm or machine shed—you’ll likely pay a quarter of the price for the winter and get far better service.

Really nice and well taken care of. Have rented several units over the past 2-3 years and couldn’t be happier with the staff and pricing
