Wendy was polite, helpful, and very understanding of my situation. She went over multiple options with me and showed me units upon request. Aside from the great customer service she offered snacks and water which was very appreciated

Staff were warm and friendly. Equipment was maintained. First time visiting this location. Will return now that I know its here if the need arises in the future. Access to location much easier than our usual truck rental spot which was right on I45 under heavy construction.

Wendy, the office manager is so wonderful and very helpful, she is always smiling and customer friendly! We came back after being gone and she was so kind and assisted with our needs!
