My grandparents recommended this storage facility. They have been using it for several years now with no issues. It’s a very clean, safe and easily accessible facility close to my new home. Tania in particular has been an absolute sweetheart to work with. She’s quick to drop whatever she is doing to make sure customers are helped immediately, myself included. She is always there to answer the phone and quick to resolve any concerns or questions I have had so far. Working in customer service, I base the business I do mostly upon how the customer service is. No complaints here. Tania, thanks again dear, this facility is lucky to have you as the manager. You deserve a raise. I’ll be sure to recommend all my friends to this location.

Tania has been so great and pleasant to work with. We only needed a unit for 3 months, they were quick & friendly, and the units new, clean, and functional. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I'm not sure her name, but she helped me on 1/30/25 in the office. Top-notch service every time I've interacted with her. As business owners, we understand the importance of first impressions. A+
