I came to put some stuff into our unit and can’t get to it because staff at Tom Thumb have allowed a homeless couple to camp in the lane with their belongings scattered down both sides. Wasted a trip- paid too much for a unit I can’t access. Looking now for another option.

Tom Thumb Mini Storage manager Angie and ALL the folks there made feel like family. Never complained and always worked with me in some tough situation. They kept items that are important to me safe and sound for a good 2 years. Always very kind.
