One thing I like the most is that the front gate remains closed during the day and can only be accessed with a secure code. I also appreciate the cameras throughout the complex and the clean units.

They will process your payments on a monthly basis. What they will not do is answer their phones, ever. Not the office line, not the emergency number, and not the manager's number. They also won't provide anything resembling customer service. I drove an hour from my home to clear out our unit. Because the person with the key is in the hospital, I called ahead of time to ensure that the lock could be removed. I was told yes, but there is a lock and no one has answered their phone. Don't waste your money and go with a more reputable business.
