They're great!! I've been with them for a few years now and I love their customer service and the fact they'll work with you if you need it (communication is always key). Alex went above and beyond for me to make sure I didn't lose my unit when we had a snow storm and work was slow for me. I'd definitely refer them to anyone and everyone I know that needs storage assistance!

So I recently purchased a camper and was in Kentucky and was going home to Louisiana. I was coming back to Kentucky for work in about 3weeks so instead of pulling it all the way home just to turn around and have to pull it back I decided to call around and see about leaving it in storage. Top Storage was one of a few I called and they were really helpful and decently priced. So it was a no brainer for me just to leave it there. When I came back I was pleased that it was still like I left it and the whole process was quick and easy thanks again Top Storage.

Easy access to my unit. Reminders are sent monthly for payments due. Unit is perfect for my needs and customer services have always been helpful and understanding. Prices are a bit higher than I would like.
