After nearly a year now, there have been several times that I've needed to contact them for help. Without fail, they have been professional, polite, informative, and helpful. More than helpful, they've actually gone Above and Beyond to help me. I've had less than helpful encounters with storage companies in the past. I have been using Top Storage on Wilma for going on 3 years now and have had a great experience. I have always been able to get through to a representative any time I have needed assistance with my issues resolved right away. We have not had any issues out of the rented unit since leasing and the building is always maintained and clean. Very prompt and helpful service. I was able to rent and occupy a space for my RV within just a few minutes and access was given within the next 15. The only issue I encountered was that the first location I used claimed to have a lot big enough for my travel trailer. Technically it did but the was very limited room to maneuver my trailer with my vehicle within that location. So I requested for a different lot that had more space. That when I found out that there is no standard pricing between all the lots. The lot owner get to select the pricing and therefore it substantially varies at locations.
