I had an excellent experience working with Angie at Town Storage. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Angie took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident about my storage choice. Her customer service truly stands out—she is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive. Because of Angie, my experience at Town Storage was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to work with her!

Utilizing storage units are rarely an enjoyable or memorable experience. However, when I was shopping around for storage units, approximately six months ago; I came across this location and came into the office to discuss availability/ rates/ etc. This is the first storage unit out of about a half dozen I was looking at, that I came to the office to discuss such information. The attentiveness, professionalism and friendly demeanor I experienced when talking with Angie made me not even bother to look at the other companies I was considering at the time. And now six months later I’m ready to pull the trigger on a storage unit. I didn’t even hesitate as to where to go, I just happily signed a rental contract With Angie and I’d highly recommend anyone else looking for storage and the greater SLC area to consider doing the same.

I wish I could give six stars because wow—what an experience! From the moment I walked in, Angie greeted me with the kind of energy and kindness that instantly makes your day better. I was stressed, rushing, and a bit overwhelmed, and she not only helped me right away but even found me a more affordable option without me asking. I also want to mention the location is PRIME & it’s very clean, organized and easy to navigate. I honestly can’t remember the last time someone went out of their way like that just to help a stranger. I left genuinely shocked and so grateful—like, who does that anymore?! 🫢 If you’re looking for a place where people actually care and treat you like a human being (not just a number or transaction), this is it. Angie, you turned my day around and reminded me that kindness is still very real. Thank you!
