The most dishonest, deceptive business practices in the industry. FYI: if you rent here, move after 6 months. I pay $376 dollars per month for a 10x10, but if I were a new customer I would pay much, much less. I recently asked why my unit increased in price AGAIN, here is the response: "Long term storage does become expensive as price increases are a normal reality of the industry to keep our prices competitive. If you no longer need the size you are in we do have 5x10 drive up units for only $80 if you wish to downsize, we do offer transfers. I also have inside 5x10 units for $50, my inside units are cheaper then my drive ups so they are usually friendlier in price for my long term renters." So "long term" renters pay for the discounts that Trojan offers to new renters. You'd think a company would absorb some of their own operating expenses, but that's just not how Trojan does it. And their solution? Downsize. I am paying more than three times as much as a new renter for the same unit. Never have I missed a payment, never have I been even one day late - what you get at Trojan for your loyalty and diligence is increased fees. I despise deceptive businesses and am a believer in shining a big, bright light on how they choose to do business. I'm sure there's an agency or two that might be interested in how their rental contracts are worded, and plan to find out.

I would give Trojan Storage zero stars if I could. This place is completely unprofessional and flat-out dishonest. I was explicitly told over the phone that a fee would be waived, and that promise was the only reason I agreed to move forward with them. When it came time to pay, they suddenly refused to honor what was clearly discussed and confirmed, and acted like the conversation never happened. That is deceptive, disrespectful, and a total waste of my time and money. Their pricing is already outrageously high for what they offer, and then they try to squeeze even more out of you with fees they will not stand behind when challenged. The lack of integrity here is shocking – if a business cannot keep its word on something as simple as a promised fee waiver, how can anyone trust them with their belongings or their billing long term? The whole experience felt like a bait-and-switch: say one thing on the phone to get you in the door, then change the story when you show up. The attitude from staff when I tried to resolve this was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no accountability, no attempt to make it right, and no concern for basic customer service. Instead of owning their mistake, they put the burden on me and expected me to just accept the extra cost. That is not how a reputable storage company operates and it shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I will never use Trojan Storage again and strongly warn anyone considering them to go elsewhere. There are plenty of storage facilities that are more transparent, reasonably priced, and actually honor what they say. Save yourself the frustration, the surprise charges, and the runaround – do not trust Trojan Storage with your money or your belongings.

Natalie was just absolutely a wonderful savior when it came to telling me about her storage complex here. I was in desperate need because I had a storage somewhere else and I was paying people $40 an hour to move me and at the other storage place no one was there and I would have to wait so I called Natalie And she said come on in if we have a special for $60 a month for the first three months, she saved me because I don’t know what I would’ve done. Because the other place was 140 per month and I needed something right then and there so thank you for having Natalie here.
