Trojan Storage of Rancho Cucamonga

Michael was awesome. He took me on numerous tours because I wasn't sure which unit I wanted and he was so patient and kind and his customer service is just excellent. I've been in customer service for 20 years and this is what everyone should strive for. I finally chose a unit and Michael even went as far as to sweep it out for me and get rid of the cobwebs. I just want to say thank you so much Michael for making my first experience at Trojan storage fantastic!

I first called on the phone and the guy who answered was very inviting. Answered all my questions. Everything went smooth with registration, the manager Luis was very knowledgeable and told me everything I need to know. It was fast and easy I was in and out in 10 mins. Thank you!!

I was able to rent a unit on the same day, the process was fast and everything was explained very well. The units are well kept and they have on site manager to keep the place protected at night. Thank you Luis for the assistance.
