Erica provided outstanding customer service in helping me secure a storage unit at Trojan Storage. She was friendly, patient, and clearly explained all my options, making the process quick and stress-free. Erica went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure I felt confident about my choice. I really appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude, and I would highly recommend working with her to anyone needing a storage unit.

Trojan is a good storage facility. It's clean. They offer indoor temperature control storage and outside storages. The longer you have your storage be prepared for the price increase! You may start out at $50 a month but it will increase with time and you'll be paying $89 but prices will continue to rise well over $100 of dollars so be mindful of that plus the insurance costs!

So good that I’m writing my first ever google review just to acknowledge her (I hate how these are public- I’d rather send a private email), but she is exactly who I would want running one of my businesses. From my first call she was welcoming, answered all of my questions, provided me with options. During my visit to tour the facility she was patient when I looked at multiple unit sizes and buildings. I visited four other facilities before deciding, and while budget was a strong factor, my experience of Erica is why I chose Trojan. Throughout my time as a Trojan customer her kindness and professionalism continued, it’s just who she is- keeping good staff is a challenge every business faces and you have an absolute diamond with Erica!
