Twin Falls - Steel Box Storage

I have used Steel box storage 3 separate times each time Rob and Kristin were very friendly, professional and accommodating. The storage unit itself was very clean! No dust or mice can get in! It was big enough we packed our 3200 sq ft home and garage with room to be able to leave a walkway all the way to the back. It made the ability unload, and get stuff as we needed at our leisure, uncomplicated! The property is very well kept and cute and having the drive-in sensor, on site management and sensored lights at night made it feel safe to go at night by myself. I will use them over and over and recommend this company to EVERYONE!

We only rented a unit for a couple of months but for the space and price you can't beat it. We moved out 8 days into the month and Rob was very willing to work with us and find others to rent the space and when they did he was very fair to give us kick back on the rent. I also liked that it was easy to access the property. The only drawbacks are the doors on the units are heavy and take some grit to open and it can get hot in the containers.

I have had a unit at this facility for awhile. Rob and his wife are fantastic people. And I have never had an issue with my unit. Thank you so much !
