U-Box of Lacey

I've received U-Boxes through this location twice. Both times Billie was super helpful and quite communicative. Don't be rude and she'll go out of her way to help you out. It's a no-frills warehouse with minimal staffing, so they're very busy but they'll get back with you if you need to either pick up or drop off. Great experience both times, highly recommend!

Location is really tight if it looks like the trailers are blocking the entrance put your hazards on and stay out on the street. I walked into the warehouse greeted myself to Billie she was great explain to me that I needed to wait for her to move some things around when she gave me the okay I backed up to the dock. She got me unloaded quickly in great customer service. I give her 5 ⭐

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Not only did the company fraudulently change my contract for a cross country move by using my e-signature without my consent, which resulted in us getting our box delivered late costing us thousands of dollars due to having to change our moving plants, but put the box in storage without my consent, costing me more money. Then, when the box was finally delivered after the headache of trying to figure out why they put the box in storage, they delivered the wrong box. Then upon finally getting the right box, they hit our house with the truck and caused a fire. After spending months trying to get the charges reversed due to services not being rendered and repairs on our house, uhaul disputed these events never happened. If you want your moving experience to be absolute hell, then this company is great for that.
