My experience was outstanding. Keith R made my first time using U-Haul incredibly easy and stress-free. From pick-up to drop-off, everything was seamless and efficient. He explained the entire process clearly, including after-hours return options, which I really appreciated. Keith was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. His attention to detail and customer-focused approach made a big difference. Because of him, I would confidently use U-Haul again and recommend this location to others. The assistant manager, Keith, is awesome! An emergency happened 10 min before their closing time and he stopped his closing preps to assist me. Was able to rent the trailer and be off the lot before 7pm. One of the best U-Haul experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend this location, I have rented here several times before.

I had the worst experience at U-Haul I've ever encountered, primarily due to the terrible management at this location. The general manager is unprofessional and does not adhere to U-Haul's contractual terms. Two months in advance, I rented a U-Box online to facilitate my cross-country move. I visited the location several times to confirm that everything was set up correctly. According to the online U-Box contract, I was given three days to load my belongings, and the container was to be taken on the fourth day. I organized my schedule to load everything in two days and planned to fly out on the third day. On the first day, I went to the store to rent a truck and begin moving my belongings. Unfortunately, they gave me a truck with a hole in the gas tank, causing all the gas I put in to leak onto the ground. When I returned to the store to address this issue, the general manager told me I needed to call road assistance for help and that she couldn't refund me for the gas I lost. This didn’t make sense to me since the problem was their fault, and I had other commitments instead of waiting for road assistance. After some time, they provided me with a different truck, but by then, they informed me that I only had two hours left to load my items since they needed to put the container away by 5 PM, even though the store was scheduled to close at 7 PM. I expressed that they hadn't communicated this when I initially arrived or mentioned it in the U-Box contract, but they were indifferent to my concerns. I hurried to load as much as I could, and when I returned, the general manager told me that, as a "favor," she had placed the container in a secure location that would be available until 6:45 PM. I felt it necessary to point out that as a paying customer with a two-month-old contract, this shouldn't be considered a favor; it was my right to access the container. The following day, when I arrived to load more of my belongings, the general manager informed me that she had put the U-Box away and that I needed to schedule 24 hours in advance every time I wanted to load my items. I reminded her of the contract details, but she dismissively stated that she wasn’t aware of what it said online and insisted that this was her store's policy. Again, she offered to let me load my items the next day at 3 PM, but I explained that I wouldn't be in Seattle by then as my flight was leaving early in the morning. She showed no concern, despite the fact that I had ample time to load my items, as they were closing at 7 PM and the contract clearly stated I had three days for loading. Due to the negligence of the general manager (Christina), I was forced to throw away half of my belongings, including new appliances I had just purchased for my newborn daughter. Below are some of the items I lost because of her poor management: - Bookshelf - Coffee table - TV table - Floor fan - Baby bathtub set - Baby bottle sterilizer - Air purifier - Humidifier - Baby changing mattress - Wall mirror - Baby diaper trashcan - Kitchen plates, silverware, and glasses - Cleaning products - Camera tripod, light stands, and backdrops - Queen-size bed frame - Diapers - Garden table and chair set Additionally, I incurred extra expenses trying to pack as much as possible to take on the plane, resulting in the purchase of new luggage ($90) and fees for extra and overweight luggage ($315). I advise anyone considering doing business at this location or renting a U-Box to choose a different provider or consider POD storage to avoid similar issues. On the pictures I uploaded some of the things I had to throw and a screen shot example that what is says on the website if I made my choice (for example: start loading on May 5th and last day to load on May 7th)
