U-Haul Moving & Storage at E Fremont St

When I enter the U-haul location I was expecting that I would be able to buy my packaging items quickly but it end up taking more than 30 minutes because there was only one person at the cashier while the rest of the employees are walking around doing nothing! They didn't even ask us if we are alright or say "thank you for your patience". It like we are never there. so I won't really recommend this place if you want to get your packaging items fast.

The streamline check-in and checkout process was awesome hopefully people don't take advantage of that the experience overall was fantastic. I've used the service several times in the past it was a bit of a headache and a hassle the way you do it now it's so much better and easier keep up the good work

Quick and easy. Self pick up before business hours went smoothly. The drop off at my location took like 3 minutes.
