U-Haul Moving & Storage at Gause Blvd

I reserved a 6x12 enclosed trailer. When I arrived, the first trailer had a turn signal light out. The second trailer had no taillights or marker lights. The third trailer had a short that blew the trailer taillight fuse in my pickup truck. I ended up going over to Mississippi for a trailer that was roadworthy. The place in Mississippi was a used furniture store that also rents out U-Haul equipment and the guy there was also fed up with U-Haul’s trash equipment - which wouldn’t be trash if more locations actually inspected and repaired their stuff before inflicting it on the next unsuspecting person. I give the second star solely because the lady behind the counter was attentive, “business-friendly,” and apologetic for the multiple equipment problems. If not for her, it would be one star.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I’m very disappointed, not professional of them. It’s their responsibility to make sure the trailer has no problems and thats the first thing i had. PROBLEMS. I had to drive 7 hours with NO lights in the trailer. They told me everything was fine with it, whole time the lights did NOT work. Thats unprofessional. I was stranded for 3 hours , i called them and told them and they said they would send someone and it would take 2 hours. We waited and waited and nothing . They called us around 10:20PM saying they wouldn’t be able to help me. All they could do was call a Tow truck? While i had my fourwheeler in the back trailer. Like what. So i wasted my money , time for nothing. If i can sue i will sue this place. Here is proof of me being stranded and getting no help…

I visited U-Haul Moving & Storage at Gause Blvd and was disappointed with the service. The staff seemed unprofessional and not very helpful. I expected a smoother experience for the price I paid.
