I would like to formally address an issue that occurred during a previous visit, as well as a concerning development I discovered on my most recent visit. Two visits ago, my employee and I were standing in line waiting to be assisted. Elizabeth and Kimberly were present. While we were clearly next in line, Kimberly proceeded to assist another customer without acknowledging us or asking us to wait momentarily. We remained standing there for approximately 10 minutes while other customers were helped. No one acknowledged us or apologized during that time. What made the situation more uncomfortable was that when additional customers entered afterward, they were greeted and apologized to for their wait, despite us having been there first. My employee even expressed feeling uncomfortable about how the situation unfolded. Rather than escalate the issue at the time, I chose to leave and move forward professionally. However, during a more recent visit to this same location, I was made aware of a cautionary alert placed on my account labeling me as “unruly” and referencing the assistant manager as “racist.” This characterization is concerning and feels retaliatory and discriminatory. After the initial situation was discussed, an apology was given once it was explained how the interaction was perceived. Acknowledging that perception matters is important, whether or not the behavior was intentional. Placing a negative alert on my account after that conversation feels inappropriate and escalatory. As a business owner and a local customer, I expect to be treated with fairness and professionalism. At this point, I would like to speak directly with the General Manager to resolve this matter. If necessary, I am prepared to file a formal complaint regarding this situation. I look forward to addressing this appropriately.

This location was clean, well-laid-out (from the parking lot to the retail space), and the employees were skilled and responsive. I love that I can pull in and have my trailer hooked up 4 minutes later. And the app integration (verifying the correct equipment, and taking photos) is really slick, quick and useful. Highly recommended.

I wish Uhaul would offer set rates at least for 6 months or a year and not act like the Hotel industry. Aside from that and an entry door that needs readjustment because of people pulling on it too much everything was overall 5 star. I also really wish that U-Haul would not use synthetic fragrances in the restrooms because some people can have severe respiratory issues from say having a condition like asthma or having been exposed to a lot of chemicals in the service which could make them real reactive to synthetic fragrance and so forth, it's even been known to cause some people's seizures. A lot of businesses use stuff like this. It's toxic and it bothers me yet. I know it's somewhat commonplace. They do make natural air fragrance and things like this that would even work in restrooms. Most health food stores, places like Sprouts or natural grocers will carry stuff like that sprays or pods. Use the stuff that was designed by God himself.
