U-Haul Moving & Storage of Binghamton

Yea...I went in for a price and wanted some information ....the guy i didn't get his name was not very nice acting like he was doing me a favor and spoke in a condescending manor.... these younger people need to learn how respect works I went in 3/2 about mid day.....to Chenengo St...Binghamton So I am going with Penske who has ALWAYS been professional....and way better pricing

This facility has top notch service, and friendly, professional service men. The deserve beyond 5 stars. We'd been on the road for 5 days and this was the last stop before the 9 hour drive back to Maine. We had a 9' box truck hauling our Subaru on a trailer. We noticed our lights weren't working on the trailer as we headed out. At the service center, 5 service men came and doubled checked everything. They replaced the wires and adjusted everything in under 10 minutes. Thank you!!!!

Ordered a car trailer a month in advance traveled 13 hours to be told the day before we leave and was supposed to pick up the trailer that they dont have it. We ordered it a month in advance, why would it not be available?? Insert lie upon lie upon lie (still waiting for our call back). The only reason we had to make this trip was because when we were moving we booked a month in advance our moving trailer only to find out when we picked it up they didnt have it and only had a smaller version. Please tell me the point of booking online if what you are booking isn't going to be available???!!!! And then they refuse to make it right! STAY CLEAR OF U HAUL!!!!
