I had the pleasure of renting a truck from the company and was thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The employee who assisted me was courteous and respectful. The store is always well-organized and clean, with a fleet of well-maintained trucks and vans. First time renting, the experience was so good, I can’t imagine not using their services in the future. The uncertainty and fear went right out the door. The wonderful lady in Norwalk was so pleasant professional and kind she reserved it for us and when we got to Bridgeport the man was just as professional and ensured we were informed and educated on what we needed to know. The return of the van was also smooth and we loved the entire experience.

Pickup was fine, but they don't maintain the vehicles. The battery went dead (while it was off, lights were off, key was not in it) while it was being loaded and I was left stranded on the side of the road while my hired movers were waiting. Roadside assistance informed me that it would be at least 45 mins before anyone could reach my location despite being less than 2 miles from the U-Haul rental center. I ended up jumping the battery myself and having to pay the movers for an extra hour because of this fiasco.
