The manager Phyllis here is amazing—warm, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant during a difficult time. The facility is spotless and clearly well cared for, and her team shows genuine respect for her leadership. Special thanks to Kenneth, who was knowledgeable, and kind and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This team made a huge difference, and I’m so grateful for their outstanding service!

I had a great experience at the U-Haul at this location. The staff was very professional and helpful from start to finish. Brandy assisted me during my visit, and even while multitasking and helping other customers, she remained calm, courteous, and attentive to my needs. She made sure everything was handled efficiently. The manager, Mrs. Phyllis, was also wonderful—very professional and ensured that my U-Box was returned promptly without any issues. Overall, excellent customer service from a team that truly cares about their customers! Highly recommend this location.

I did all of the pre checkin procedures. The associate at the fability was very courteous and I was in our truck within 5 minutes of arriving. We also used the Island Boys to help with the move through UHaul and they were also Excellent. Will definitely use again for our next move.
