Really weird vibes. I normally use this location for my moving needs but my experience there yesterday was "odd." I went up to the counter to purchase supplies and the male behind the counter would not acknowledge me, despite me even telling him "good morning." He just continued to scroll on his phone. I finally asked if he was open since he couldn't seem to muster up any level of customer service. After I complete my purchase, I again thank him (common courtesy) and he continues to ignore me. It was like I was bothering him by making him do his job...trust me, if self checkout were am option I would have used it. Then without hesitation, he says, "Hey boss, how can I help you?", to the man next in line!? I'll just say that the only difference was our race. Really off putting experience that I hope they address with some bias and customer service training.

My first experience doing business with UHaul was great. From the front desk clerk who checked me was patient and calm & made the process seamless. The equipment was clean & easy to use. I highly recommend this location for Uhaul Rentals.
