U-Haul Moving & Storage of Leominster

So, The Staff did NOT tell me to take pictures of my starting and ending mileage. Refused to look up the previous customer’s ending mileage to make up my starting mileage. The truck was just below a hair of 3/4full, The needle barely moved but I had to return it to full…?, because you are too lazy and will not look up previous mileage. I’m sorry but Leominster to Lunenburg and back does not require 1/4 of a tank of fuel in any truck. TO THE ENTIRE STAFF, this is by my worst experience moving EVER and this is coming from a 22 yr military RETIRED disabled veteran. I moved around allot and in my experience You all need to be retrained in basic leadership and customer service skills or I highly recommend you find another profession.

Good place to rent U-Haul. I have rented from here several times the past year as I drove 1 way trips from Boston to Phoenix and had no issues. Trucks are clean and low mileage and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I have moved to different states several times over the years and we are BIG fans of renting U-Haul vehicles from locations that have service shops where the trucks are serviced vs smaller locations where the U-Haul trucks are part of another side business. This facility is only U-Haul and has a service shop and storage locations and plenty of moving gear to support local or long distance moves. Also easy to get their trucks in and out of their facility for less experienced drivers who haven't driven larger trucks before.

Truck leaked and ruined furniture. Literally an inch of water. Store did nothing about it. They asked how far I drove… As if the number of miles impacts how much the truck leaks.
