U-Haul Moving & Storage of Power Ranch

I had the absolute best experience at the U-Haul location on Power Road in Queen Creek. Theo O’Neal and the entire team — Rafael, Gabby, and Kyle — made what is usually a stressful moving day feel easy and smooth. Everyone was friendly, informative, and truly professional. They went above and beyond when it came to customer service, making sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. You can tell they genuinely care about helping their customers. I had an absolutely incredible experience today at this U-Haul location, all thanks to the Assistant Manager, Joshua. Moving is stressful enough, but doing it with a baby in the car adds a whole other layer—and Joshua was a total lifesaver. He was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. He actually came out to my car to process my paperwork and opened the entrance gate for me so I wouldn't have to get out with my baby. That level of thoughtfulness is so rare! To top it off, I accidentally locked the U-Haul while moving, and Joshua was so understanding and patient while helping me get it back to them. He is a man of his word and made a potentially move-ruining mistake feel like no big deal. This is a wonderful team to work with, and Joshua is the gold standard for customer service. I can’t thank him enough!"

Super helpful team who gave us awesome service. They have everything at this location. Definitely recommend using them. I will next time I need one of their services ( trailers, trucks, vehicle transport trailers, U-Boxes - which are small Pods but much better pricing per cubic foot than Pods charge, self-storage, moving supplies, towing equipment installs, and towing supplies.) They’re a great resource!
