Excellent customer service! Exactly what I needed for my home landscaping project and at a very reasonable cost. Each person I interacted with was not only professional and friendly, but also seemed to genuinely care that everything was right and went well. Kudos to each of them, and to ownership for providing such a fine business to our area. Highly recommended!

The customer service rep Juan, who assisted me at pick up was AWESOME! . He thoroughly went through all the rules and policy of renting the truck. Reviewed my initial reservation information with me. Walk me through operating the truck and giving me some safety pointers. And instructions on drop off. My assigned truck worked great. I just suggest that it gets serviced for a wheel alignment possibly. The steering was off a bit. Other than that, my rental experience was great easy to use through the website. Didn’t use the app. I will use this location again for any future needs and I will recommend friends and family for this location.

Returned a U-Haul 3 days early and they still billed me for 7 days. After I noticed and called they said “we don’t issue refunds for early returns” uhh ok? Every other U-Haul I’ve done business with has? To add icing to the cake whoever rented it after me ran a EZ pass somewhere in Illinois and I got the toll bill on my U-Haul app!!! Probably because I still had it in my name. I contacted corporate and disputed the transaction with my bank. These people are not honest and I hope U-Haul corporate does something fast about it or I’ll stick with Penske from now on. I have a commercial business and spend thousands a month with this company nationwide, I’d rather pay Penske more for their integrity and honesty than be made a fool.
