U-Haul Moving & Storage of Tustin

Poor customer service, lied about notifying me regarding the after hours service fee. Yet another way U-Haul wants to sneak in a fee. Last time I was charged $5,100 which over drafter my account and made me late on my rent. In summary the last two times I’ve done business with U-Haul it’s been poor. Need to find a competitor. I guess I need to give Penske, Budget, or Enterprise a try. Can’t be worst then U-Haul.

The Right Choice Movers are highly recommended! I was in doubt initially for the price, but these men were very determined, patient, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to move my furniture and all my belongings with care!

I received excellent customer service. The truck I rented was clean and ready for pick up. There’s a long driveway, at this location, for truck returns making it easy. Thank you to the people running this location
