5-star experience at this U-Haul location! The staff were incredibly helpful and provided top-notch customer service - they even helped me figure out the best trailer for my needs. I was able to rent a trailer for a day at an unbeatable price. The selection of trailers, trucks, and packing supplies was impressive - they had everything from small dollies to large furniture pads. What really sets this location apart is the vast inventory of equipment and storage units available. The location is also super convenient, making it easy to pick up and drop off equipment. If you're in the Coeur d'Alene area, skip the rest and head here - this is hands-down the best U-Haul around. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an stress-free moving experience!

Had a terrible experience with this location if I could give them 0 stars I would. First off they never informed me of all the tie downs the trailer has. They had the wrong offset wheels on the trailer I rented which caused the tires to rub on the fender bolts and caused a tire to blow out almost causing an accident and had us stuck on a mountain pass for hours waiting on a repair and once the repair guy showed up he saw another tire that was doing the same thing and was about to blow out as well. We had animals in the car so we had to keep the vehicle running so they didn’t die in the heat and I had to sit there with my foot on the brake the entire time since we were on a hill and I couldn’t keep my manual truck in gear while it was running to hold us from rolling. Their customer service is terrible tried to get a refund since it was such a bad experience and they could have caused a bad accident because of their negligence. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS BEFORE SOMEONE GETS KILLED FOR RENTING OUT FAULTY EQUIPMENT!!!

Rude and not customer focused at all! All moving boxes say 100% buy back guarantee but then you go to take them back and they won’t take them without their printed on a home printer receipt. I have a U-Haul app so why not attach my purchase to that and provide a good customer experience? Boxes were brand new never used or taped. Sad!!!
