U-Haul Storage of Pasco

Employee tried charging me double what I was quoted and had a bad attitude about it when I said that wasn’t correct. I watched the manager throwing her hands up at customers, driving through the small parking lot with little regard for the possibility of pedestrians walking. I was told to go find the truck myself and when I couldn’t find the truck, I went back inside to ask for help locating the truck. The employees attitude was still bad and I was made to feel like I was bothering him. Will not be renting from here again!

Very poor service. The person who helped us was rude and told us the tank was more than 3/4 full, which was a lie. It was only 3/4 full, and when we returned it, we filled it even more than it had been. They still charged us a $20 surcharge because supposedly the tank wasn't at the same level as when we dropped it off. I recommend taking a picture of the gas level before taking the truck. Unfortunately, we didn't, and we unfairly paid an amount we shouldn't have had to pay.

The location people did great but here was no contact or connection with the national team. Our other U-Haul was cancelled because they sent us to this location 48 miles from our other pick up and told us about it the morning of the pickup. So while we drove 4 hours to get to this location the Walla Walla office cancelled our much needed other truck even after we confirmed it was OK that morning with the national team. We do not recommend U-Haul for that reason. This cancellation of our reserved truck added 2 days to our moving schedule and added 2 nights hotel costs for 8 People who were supporting us.
